We publish the whole distribution, not just the average. Around one review in twenty is not five stars, and those are on this page too.

A review request goes out after delivery, to the email attached to the order. Nobody who has not received work from us can leave one.
Most students ask us not to publish a full name next to their university and programme. Where you see an initial, that is why — the review itself is unedited.
We correct nothing except an obvious typo. If a review reads awkwardly, that is how it was written. We do not tidy students into sounding more impressed.
Three and four star reviews are published alongside the rest. Most concern timelines rather than the writing, and we would rather you saw the pattern than a filtered version of it.
We do not offer discounts, refunds or credits in exchange for a review. A five star rating buys a student nothing here.
Reviews mention chapters and outcomes, never content. Nobody's actual thesis appears on this site, as a sample or otherwise.
