UiTM's thesis guideline forks twice before you write anything. Science and technology candidates report Results; social science and business candidates report Findings and Analysis. The word count is not one number either โ it comes from your faculty's appendix. Most 2026 candidates searching who can write my UiTM thesis are working from a handbook a senior sent them, published when the institute was still called IGS.
Independent service โ no university affiliation. ThesisHelper Malaysia is a private academic support provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, accredited by or officially connected to any university, college or examination body shown above. All institution names and marks remain the property of their respective owners and appear here only to describe the proposal formats and submission requirements our writers work with.
Every one is a specification you could have read months ago. Not one of them is about your research.
The guideline sets out two chapter bodies. Science and technology candidates write Results; social science and business management candidates write Findings and Analysis. Borrow the structure from the wrong discipline and your contents page announces it.
The institute publishes as IPSis now, and older handbooks passed between students still carry the earlier IGS name. Specifications changed between versions, and the one your examiner holds is the current one.
The guideline excludes endnotes, quotations, appendices, tables and diagrams from the total. Candidates who count everything believe they are over when they are not, and cut chapters that never needed cutting.
A template downloaded from a different institution looks close enough on screen and is not. The binding margin, the paragraph indent and the font sizes are all specified, and all of them get checked.
The guideline permits several styles, which candidates read as no rule at all. Drifting between two across five chapters is visible on a single page of the reference list, and our proofreading and editing services handle the conversion on its own.
Confirmation by the panel of examiners, the author's declaration, the author's profile. Each has a prescribed place and wording, and the absence of one holds the whole submission.
Not sure which handbook version you have? Send the cover page and your faculty. Whether it says IGS or IPSis tells us most of what we need in a minute.
Check My Version Now โChapter craft is the same at every university. These exist because Universiti Teknologi MARA specifies what it specifies.
Results or Findings and Analysis, decided from the faculty you are registered in rather than from what a friend in another school used. The contents page is the first thing an examiner reads.
We check whether what you are working from is the version IPSis publishes now, list what changed if it is not, and write to the current one. A senior's copy is a starting point, not a specification.
The total is set per programme against the MQA standard and listed by faculty, and the count excludes endnotes, quotations, appendices, tables and diagrams. Your real figure is worked out before the chapter plan.
Margins, the paragraph indent, and the font sizes that differ between titles, body, block quotations and footnotes. Where formatting alone is the job, our thesis formatting service is priced separately.
The guideline permits a choice; your discipline usually settles it. Whichever is chosen, it runs from Chapter 1 to the reference list rather than drifting between chapters as sources are added.
Title page, confirmation by the panel of examiners, author's declaration, abstract, acknowledgement, contents, the lists of tables, figures, plates, symbols and abbreviations, and the author's profile at the back.
A master's dissertation claims applied contribution; a doctoral thesis has to claim something new. Our master's thesis help and PhD thesis help pages set out what each level must demonstrate.
For candidates submitting in BM. Terminology stays consistent across every bab, and the declaration, abstract and preliminaries follow the BM versions your faculty specifies rather than being translated from the English pages.
Only the preliminaries outstanding?Title page, declaration, confirmation and profile can be built on their own.
Price the Preliminaries โRoughly one candidate in four is working from a superseded handbook.
Step two is free and it catches the wrong handbook.Send the cover page of what you are using.
Send Me the Right Version โThe guideline sets out two chapter bodies. Four things follow from which one applies to you.
Introduction, literature review, research methodology, Results, Discussion, then Conclusions and Recommendations. Results and discussion sit apart, so numbers are presented before they are interpreted โ our results chapter help covers that separation.
The same skeleton with Chapter 4 named Findings and Analysis. The naming carries an expectation: analysis sits alongside the findings rather than being held back for the discussion chapter entirely.
Chapter names cascade into the table of contents, your lists of tables and figures, your in-text cross-references and your abstract. Renaming Chapter 4 late is a document-wide edit, not a heading change.
A friend in another faculty is following the other body in good faith. Check which applies to the school you are registered in, and check it against the current handbook rather than the copy circulating in your cohort chat.
Not certain which body applies to you?Send your faculty and we will tell you what Chapter 4 is called, and what else moves with it.
Yes โ Name My Chapter 4 โFrom a published Universiti Teknologi MARA guideline. Versions are revised, so confirm the current one with IPSis or your faculty before relying on any of it.
Times New Roman throughout, with the title in upper case bold at 14 point, the abstract, acknowledgement and main body at 12 point, and block quotations and footnotes dropped to 10 point. Setting this correctly is what our formatting service does on its own.
In the version we checked, 3.8cm on the left for binding against 2.5cm at the top, right and bottom. Body text justified, and the first line of every paragraph indented one tab.
The current handbook ties the total to the MQA programme standard and lists it by faculty in an appendix. Endnotes, quotations, appendices, tables and diagrams are excluded from the count.
APA, IEEE, Harvard, Chicago or a house style are permitted, which is unusually open. Discipline normally decides in practice, and consistency matters more than which one you pick.
Where an examiner asks for a hard copy at examination stage it is spiral bound; the final copy is hardbound, and the cover spine is required only for that final version.
University name, title, your full name as per NRIC, the degree acronym.
The handbook provides for an author's profile among the appendices, which candidates who worked from another university's template have simply never written.
Universiti Malaya, for one, counts tables and references inside the word limit and asks for paragraphs not to be indented โ the opposite of both rules here. Our UM thesis help page covers that side, and it is why a template carried across universities fails.
None of these is difficult. All of them are checked, and most are not in the template you downloaded.
All three have supervised or examined postgraduate work at Malaysian universities. None of them works for UiTM.

Send Me to the Right Adviser โSix things that follow from opening the current handbook before the first chapter rather than after the last.
About one candidate in four is working from a superseded version, and every one of them was caught before a chapter existed. Finding out at the format check means editing a finished document.
Renaming it later cascades into the contents page, the lists, the cross-references and the abstract. Two minutes at the start, or a document-wide edit at the end.
Exclusions applied and the figure taken from your own faculty rather than from a number a senior remembered. Candidates delete good chapters because they counted their tables.
The confirmation page, the declaration and the author's profile each have a place and a wording. They are the cheapest pages in the document and the most commonly missing.
Margins, indents and the font sizes that differ between elements, verified while changes are still free. Hardbound copies are the most expensive place to discover a specification.

R.A. had five chapters drafted and a contents page with Chapter 4 headed Results and Chapter 5 headed Discussion. Her housemate, in an engineering faculty, had shared a structure that worked perfectly well for engineering. R.A. was in business management, where the guideline names Chapter 4 Findings and Analysis and expects the analysis alongside the findings rather than deferred. She had also concluded she was eight thousand words over her limit and had begun deleting material from her literature review to get under it. On top of that, the handbook she had been given carried the earlier IGS name on its cover and predated her intake.
The free check found three things in a day. First, the word count: once endnotes, quotations, appendices, tables and diagrams came out of the total she was inside her limit rather than over it, and the deletions from her literature review were restored. Second, the structure: Chapter 4 was renamed and the analysis she had been holding back for Chapter 5 was moved forward into it, which meant redistributing material rather than writing anything new. Third, the handbook: we identified the current version, listed what had changed from the copy she held, and rebuilt her front matter to it โ including an author's profile nobody had told her about. Not one chapter was rewritten from scratch.
She submitted with her literature review intact and roughly two thousand words in hand. Her examiner asked why the analysis sat where it did. She could point to the guideline her own faculty publishes.
Deleting material to get under a word limit?Send your count and your faculty before you cut anything else. The exclusions alone move most candidates back inside.
Recount My Words First โAn engineering structure borrowed from a housemate, an eight-thousand-word overshoot that was not real, and a handbook from the IGS era.
Exclusions applied to the count, Chapter 4 renamed with the analysis moved into it, and the front matter rebuilt to the current version including the author's profile.
Nothing was rewritten. Material was renamed, moved and restored.
A thesis begun in one permitted style and finished in another, because the guideline allows a choice and he read that as no requirement.
One style selected for the discipline, every in-text citation and the full reference list converted to it, and the remaining inconsistencies listed for him to approve.
A choice of styles is not the absence of one. Consistency was always the marked part.
A complete thesis in BM with no confirmation page and no author's profile, built from a template downloaded from another university.
All six preliminary pages built to the BM specification in the prescribed order, and the lists reconciled against what was actually in the chapters.
The thesis was finished. The first six pages were not.
"I deleted four thousand words from my literature review before anyone told me tables do not count."
"My housemate is in engineering. I copied his chapter names and my whole contents page was wrong."
"The handbook I was given said IGS on the cover. Nobody in my cohort had noticed."
"There is a page called the author's profile. I had never heard of it and my draft was finished."
"I started in one referencing style and finished in another because the guideline let me choose."
"My margins came from a template I found online. The binding edge was two centimetres short."
"Saya guna templat universiti lain. Halaman pengesahan panel pemeriksa langsung tiada."
"They said straight away they have no connection to the university. That is why I trusted the rest."
Most candidates need one thing unblocked, not a whole thesis written.

The version, structure and word count check is free because everything after it depends on getting those three right, and about one candidate in four is working from a superseded handbook. No price here includes a submission outcome, because that belongs to your examiners. We are an independent service with no affiliation to Universiti Teknologi MARA, and you should confirm the current guideline with IPSis or your own faculty.
The version, structure and word count check is free. Trimming or expanding a draft to its limit is RM 250, referencing unified across chapters RM 390, the six preliminary pages RM 440, post-viva corrections RM 650, Chapter 4 restructured RM 680 and viva preparation RM 800. A full master's dissertation starts at RM 1,950 and doctoral work is quoted by agreement.
It depends on your faculty. The guideline sets out two chapter bodies: science and technology candidates report Results with Discussion following separately, while social science and business management candidates report Findings and Analysis. Take it from the faculty you are registered in, not from a friend in another school, and confirm it against the current handbook.
In the guideline we checked, endnotes, quotations, appendices, tables and diagrams are excluded from the total, and the figure itself is set per programme against the MQA standard and listed by faculty. Candidates who count everything routinely believe they are over when they are not. Recalculate before you delete anything.
It is at least older than the current one, since the institute publishes as IPSis now. That does not make everything in it wrong, but specifications are revised between versions and your examiner works from the current one. Get the current handbook from IPSis or your faculty rather than from a cohort chat.
The guideline permits a choice โ APA, IEEE, Harvard, Chicago or a house style โ which is unusually open and which candidates often read as no rule at all. Your discipline normally settles it in practice. What is actually marked is consistency, so choose once and hold it from Chapter 1 through the reference list.
In the version we checked, 3.8cm on the left for binding and 2.5cm at the top, right and bottom, with body text justified and the first line of each paragraph indented one tab. Different universities specify different figures, so do not carry a template across โ and confirm the current numbers with your faculty.
It is a short page provided for among the appendices, and it is the single most common omission among candidates who built their document from another university's template. It takes very little time to write and its absence is noticed at the point where you least want a delay.
No. We are an independent academic writing service with no connection to the university, no endorsement from it and no access to its systems. We read the guidelines it publishes and work to them, and we will always tell you to confirm the current version with IPSis or your faculty rather than treat us as the authority.
Yes, at the same rates. Terminology stays consistent across every bab, and the declaration, abstract and preliminaries follow the BM versions your faculty specifies rather than being translated from the English pages โ which is where most BM submissions come back.
Not the parts that are checked. A model does not know which chapter body your faculty uses, cannot tell you which handbook version is current, and has not read your data. What it produces is a plausible thesis about your topic in general, formatted to no institution in particular.
No, and it will answer confidently anyway. Models describe a generic thesis format and cannot know that the institute renamed, that the handbook has been revised, or that word counts moved into a per-faculty appendix. Only IPSis or your faculty holds the version your examiner will use.
Screening is increasingly routine at Malaysian universities, usually alongside the similarity check. Policies differ between faculties and are revised, so read your own faculty's current rules rather than what applied to a senior. Methodology is written in exactly the register detectors were trained on โ passive, procedural, impersonal โ and second-language writers score higher still. Do not panic-rewrite. Name your actual instrument, your sample, your campus, and the decision you changed halfway. Specificity is what a generated chapter cannot contain.
Put your own study back into it. Name your faculty and campus, your setting, your sample, the framework you rejected and why, and the finding you did not expect. Generated chapters are flagged because they could belong to anyone, and specificity is both the fix and what makes the chapter stronger.
Only the adviser assigned to you. Your drafts, data and correspondence are used solely for your order, never reused, never shared, and deleted once the order closes. Nothing identifying you, your supervisor or your faculty is retained afterwards.
